He studied Business Management at Virginia Tech University and holds a Master of Science in Innovation & Industrial Management from Gothenburg University. Co-founder of BICO and CEO and President of BICO, 2016-2023. Erik’s newest venture, Crownegate, invests in small, technology heavy startups in a wide range of industries. Hector has a background in mechanical engineering and a PhD in tissue engineering from Chalmers University. Hector’s strong academic background combined with passion for novel technologies was a perfect match with Erik’s commercial and entrepreneurial spirit, setting the two founders on a course for success.
